Urbanwash is a premium laundry services in Qatar. We are using a fully automated wet cleaning, washing and dry-cleaning machines to process your laundry.
Just have your clothes ready. Our Urbaninja will bring a Urbanwash bag to place your loose clothes in. If you have them in a bag yourself this is also fine. Enter any special care instructions in the laundry bag so that we may cater to your needs.
All services have a standard turnaround time of 48 hours. Next day delivery is available at a surcharge of 50%.
If you want all your items to washed, please leave it as a note in the app and we will follow your instructions, unless that contradicts your item’s care label. Our expert fabric engineer will decide whether it can be washed, dry cleaned, or wet cleaned.
Not necessarily. You can leave your bag of laundry outside your home by the door. You can also leave your items with your doorman. Make sure to let us know in the ‘Pickup’ notes so we know we have your approval. For deliveries we prefer that you (or your roommate) be home or have a doorman in your building for us to leave the clothes with.
Cleaning
If you want all your items to washed, please leave it as a note in the app and we will follow your instructions, unless that contradicts your item’s care label. Our expert fabric engineer will decide whether it can be washed, dry cleaned, or wet cleaned.
For dry cleaning or wet cleaning items, our specialist dry cleaners or wet cleaner use the highest quality equipment and industry-leading stain removal products. We cannot promise all stains will be removed, but we do promise we will do our best. Let us know in the app or tell our driver which items have stains you would like us to pay attention to.
Yes, we can. Let us know through your Order Instructions which items you would like to have hang dried.
We cannot process any articles containing hazardous materials or that have been soiled in blood (: s). Our team will inform you as soon as possible of any item that cannot be cleaned, and we will return it hung or folded, but uncleaned. If Urbanwash receives and can process any of these items, they will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and standard turnaround times do not apply.
All clothes are processed at the Urban Wash state-of-the-art facility (owned & operated). We do not outsource the cleaning of your clothes.
